Call my toll free office number (1-866-259-1738) during our office hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. You can fax (Toll Free 1-877-698-4152) or mail your BVA Decision to me. It costs you nothing to call and talk to me. You are not obligated. Once I have evaluated your BVA decision, if I believe I may be able to help you at the CAVC I will call you as soon as possible to discuss your case and how I may be able to help you.
I will handle all contact for you with the CAVC. If I am successful for you at the CAVC, I will ask the VA to pay your attorney fees, not you. Those fees do not come out of any of your VA benefits. Our CAVC Attorney Fee Agreement makes no claim to any of your VA benefits, including any back pay award. The only thing the Agreement at the Court grants to me is my attorney fees and, if I am successful in your appeal at the CAVC, the government will pay those fees, not you.
