Will You Evaluate Any Other Pending Claims I May Have At Other Levels?
Yes. If you let me know you believe other claims for benefits may be pending at other levels of the VA process, such as the BVA and/or the VA Regional Office, I will evaluate those claims once I obtain your VA claims file. I will determine whether or not I may be able to assist you with those as well.

I will decide if I can help you with other VA claims, even those which are not at the CAVC, or those which need to be re-opened, or those which you have not considered re-opening, or those we might discover as the result of reviewing your complete Record.
